Push up product a small amount at time. Keep dry and store at room temperature. Our products are made with only natural plant butters, waxes and oils and will melt if left in a hot area. If product melts stand upright and it will reharden when cooled. Please enjoy within 18 months. For external use only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, Kokoa Botanics requires a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
