Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase with approval from IOKA Skin+Science. The cream doesn’t need to be intact. To request a return and refund or exchange, please send an email to Olga@iokaskinscience.com to request approval. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt of the product by IOKA Skin+Science.
